Shipping & Returns
We work our hardest to ship your products out as soon as possible. We aim to do a few batch shipments a week, however due to small size of our company, that could change based on our availability. For info on the current shipping times, feel free to email us at email@example.com
We ship all our packages with tracking, so both you and we are able to keep track of it. It's very important for us that the package gets delivered to you in time and without any damage. If you have trouble with the shipping of your order, please feel free to contact us and we will do everything to help you!
We allow a 14 day return policy from the day the package was delivered. If you wish to return a product, contact us and we will instruct you further with additional information. Keep in mind that we are only able to refund the product, and not the shipping cost. If a product gets damaged during shipping: send us a photo of it and we will make sure to send you a new product at no cost.
